- Unlimited users on every plan. No per-user or per-MAU fees.
- Cost grows with the number of clusters (environments and regions), not with sign-ups. Annual billing takes 20% off.

- Certificates, custom domains and regional hosting.
Risk and compliance
- SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001. Reports shared under NDA.
- Hosting region chosen per cluster: US East (Ohio), EU Central (Germany), Asia Pacific (Sydney) or Canada (Central).
- Public SLA. Contractual uptime with service credits on Enterprise.
- Support: business hours on Developer and Launch, extended weekday hours on Business, 24/7 on Enterprise.
Exit rights
- Upstream open source Keycloak (Apache 2.0), not a fork.
- Integrations use OIDC and SAML, which any identity provider supports.
- On Launch and above, full realm export including users and password hashes, as an encrypted standard Keycloak file.
