Sign-in, SSO and MFA for your product and your staff, on open source Keycloak, at a price you can put in next year's budget.
The call is with an engineer rather than a salesperson. Bring your current setup and we will tell you what moving would involve.
You pay for the infrastructure your identity runs on. Users are unlimited on every plan, so growth in sign-ups does not change the invoice.
| Plan | Price | Clusters included |
|---|---|---|
| Developer | $29 per month | 1 |
| Launch | $149 per month | 1 |
| Business | $599 per month | 2 |
| Enterprise | Custom | 3 or more |
Additional clusters cost more, so the bill grows with the number of environments and regions you run, not with the number of people who sign in. Annual billing takes 20% off. Full detail on pricing.
Skycloak runs upstream Keycloak, the open source identity platform under Apache 2.0, not a fork. Your applications integrate over OIDC and SAML, which any other identity provider also speaks.
On Launch, Business and Enterprise plans you can export any realm, including every user and their password hashes, as an encrypted standard Keycloak realm file. It imports into any Keycloak server, including one you run yourself. Realm export is not available on the Developer plan.
The support model is published, per plan. Contractual uptime with service credits is part of Enterprise; the other plans are best effort.
| Plan | Support hours | Urgent response |
|---|---|---|
| Developer | Business hours, Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm EST | Best effort |
| Launch | Business hours, Mon to Fri, 9am to 6pm EST | 4 hours |
| Business | Extended hours, Mon to Fri, 6am to 10pm EST | 1 hour |
| Enterprise | 24/7 on Enterprise, with a dedicated customer success manager | 1 hour |

These are the parts of running Keycloak that Skycloak carries for you.
If you're running Keycloak yourself, Skycloak removes the hosting and maintenance burden without taking away control, the multi-region flexibility and the self-serve UI are what sold us.
If no one can log in, then no one can buy. And if no one can buy, your business goes really down. We needed something solid.
