Notification Preferences

Skycloak sends email notifications to keep you informed about your clusters, billing, and account activity. You can customize which notifications you receive from your account settings.

Managing Your Preferences

  1. Navigate to Settings > Account > Notifications
  2. Toggle each notification category on or off
  3. Click Save Preferences to apply your changes

All categories are enabled by default when you create your account.

Notification Categories

Operational Notifications

Cluster Changes Notifications about your Keycloak clusters, including when a cluster is ready, upgrade alerts, new location or cluster type access, and export completions.

Billing & Trial Notifications Updates about your subscription, trial period, plan changes, and add-on confirmations or cancellations.

Security Notifications

Security Alerts Critical security notifications including payment failures and account-related alerts. These notifications cannot be disabled as they are essential for account security and service continuity.

Marketing Communications

Product Updates Announcements about new Keycloak versions, feature releases, and platform improvements.

Marketing Emails Promotional content, tips, and general announcements from the Skycloak team.

Required Notifications

Some emails are always sent regardless of your notification preferences. These include:

  • Account verification emails when you sign up
  • Password reset emails when you request a reset
  • Workspace invitations when someone invites you to collaborate
  • MFA enforcement notices when your workspace requires multi-factor authentication
  • Account deletion verification codes
  • Cluster deletion verification codes

These are essential for account security and cannot be unsubscribed from.

Manage Preferences from Email

Every notification email includes a Manage your notification preferences link in the footer. Click it to go directly to your notification settings.

Required account notifications show a note that they cannot be disabled, along with a link to manage your other notification preferences.
